I was born and raised in Moweaqua and Pana, Illinois. I went to school at Pana High School and Central A&M. I currently work as a Student Data Project Manager doing various IT tasks. I love to go camping, hiking, and I really love to cook. I spend a lot of time with my wife Grace and our two doggos, Tazz and Rusty.

I've always enjoyed running and various forms of exercise. In 2018 I was introduced to Olympic Weightlifting and I really loved that. I was later introduced to CrossFit which kind of combines all of my favorite things into one and I enjoyed it so much I've stuck with it for multiple years.

I love challenging myself each day and I believe it significantly increases my chances of being healthier and happier for longer. Doing CrossFit improves my overall well being in so many ways. My favorite thing about CrossFit is that when I consistently show up it leads to noticeable results in several areas of my life...and I have a lot of fun seeing and working out with my friends each day!
